1. Book your flight to Cebu (MNL-CEB) with airline companies like Airphil Express, Cebu Pacific, Zest Air, etc.
2. From the terminal, Manila to Cebu is approximately an hour and ten minutes plane ride. Upon arrival at the Mactan Cebu International Airport, you can already hail a taxi that can bring you to your hotel in Cebu City or Mandaue City. (Airport taxi fare is more expensive than the regular one.) If regular taxi, an estimated fare of P160 (or higher) can bring you from the airport to Radisson, SM City Cebu or Sugbutel.

3. If opt not to go with taxi, another way to reach Cebu City is to ride a multicab. The multicab terminal (the yellow ones) is located somewhere in front of the departure building of the airport (left side facing outside).

5. If you are already in front of the mall or the Island Souvenirs shop, just walk straight ahead until the intersection and cross the road (to the other side).

6. There are jeepneys there bound to Cebu City (just need to ask the driver/kundoktor). Fare about P15-P20, but only until SM City Cebu (one block away from it I guess).
7. To reach Sampaguita Suites Plaza Garcia, ride a 12G/12I drop at Cathedral and walk a bit to the hotel.

2. Ride a bus bound to Pasay. Drop at Pasay-Rotunda (or terminal) and hail a taxi to Ninoy Aquino International Airport 3 (NAIA Terminal 3). (Or drop at Dau Terminal, then ride a shuttle to Clark International Airport if you are booked on a flight CRK-CEB).
