Getaway
As soon as you get tired looking at some skeletons and stuffed animals (after you did the safari ride), you will again ride that zebra/tiger painted train and it will bring you to the Aetas’ Trail. Aetas are indigenous Filipino people. They do have their own culture and characteristics. In Aetas’ Trail, people will witness a cultural dance show from the Aetas.
The
show is short and has that “gulat” (shocking) factor—literally.
After the show, you will be directed to go to Croco Loco, a crocodile
farm inside Zoobic Safari. You will have the option to feed the
crocodiles at a price (you will be buying chicken parts for that). I
am not sure though if this is the place where you can have photo ops
(for a price) with some of the animals.
If
you feel like you want to go home already (because of the heat and
you’re already tired), no worries, the show has just ended. The
last stop was the comfort rooms, and after it, you will be brought to
the main entrance of the Zoobic Safari (where you can buy your
tickets). It’s now time to say goodbye to the fun animals you just
met a while back.
Zoobic
Safari is one of the best zoos I have visited so far. The tour lasted
for almost three hours, so if you plan to jam pack your day with
Zoobic Safari, Ocean Adventure & Tree Top Adventure (or Jest
Camp), be sure to hit the early schedule. Since it was already
afternoon at 5, we proceeded to Tree Top Adventure—to relive again
our guts to “get high on nature” with Tree Top Adventure!
